What is covered over the 6-week program.
Week 1: Sales Fundamentals
To ensure you convert your marketing leads and referrals into sales, we need to get the process right from the start. After all, we start to win or lose the business from the very first conversation, and this all depends on the process we follow. Our focus for this week will be on the fundamental principles and tools to set us on the right track.
Week 2: Crucial Questions and qualifying leads
There is no use expending time and energy on the wrong people, so we must first determine who the right people are and then, how we can best help them. This week we talk all about the right kinds of questions to ask and how to best qualify leads.
Week 3: Standing out from the competition
It’s hard to get people to take notice of you when you’re in a competitive industry. Learn how to talk about what you do, in a way that makes people sit up and pay attention! This week the session is all about communicating your competitive advantage.
Week 4: First client meeting
How to conduct your first client meeting, what clues to look for, how to approach the meeting if you’re an introvert, making the right first impression and securing a second meeting. The lessons this week are all about what happens when you’re in a sales conversation.
Week 5: Making the sale
It’s time to close the sale, and I show exactly how to do this in the second and, ideally, final sales conversation. In this session we discuss overcoming objections and why you should never discount.
Week 6: Follow up
The primary reason that service providers lose sales is that they don’t properly follow up. I will teach you my follow up system that means that prospects never turn cold.

I’m an introvert so will I need to change my personality for this to work?
Categorically, NO! Many of my most successful clients are introverts and I’ll be teaching you how being an introvert can actually be a super power when it comes to making sales.
What happens if I can’t make a session live or need to leave early?
You will get the most out of the program if you carve out the time to attend live, but the sessions are recorded so that you may re-watch them at any time.
Why do I need to sign a confidentiality agreement?
The program is collaborative, and I want everyone who joins to share freely, so each participant will be required to sign a standard non-disclosure agreement to benefit all.
I’m Julia, an award-winning sales strategist and negotiator with over 25 years of experience. I’m also a solo business owner, MBA graduate and mum, so I’m in the arena, wearing all the hats, just like you.
